Unless stated we only carry one of each.

If you really love an item, don’t hesitate to purchase it. Our pieces go quickly and restock of the same item is not guaranteed.

All pieces are unique in their own way.

No, we currently ship within the United States only.Any changes will be announced in the near future.

Please allow up to three business days for processing. Shipping on all orders is FREE within the USA.

If you would like a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Upon consultation with a House of uBuhle representative and approval to return the item, you will be issued a store credit gift card after the item is shipped and received by our boutique.

We ask of all our customers to provide tracking details for all returns.

All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, though occasional delays may occur.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that we are not accountable for delays once packages leave the House of uBuhle boutique, as these may be due to shipping companies or regulatory entities.

We will, however, assist wherever possible. For assistance, please reach out through our contact page or email info@houseoubuhle.com.

House of uBuhle is not liable for packages lost during transit. While we will endeavor to assist our customers in finding solutions, we recommend contacting USPS for issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Every item undergoes a thorough review before entering our House of uBuhle studio for processing.

We strive to offer products with minimal to no visible imperfections. Any noticeable flaws will be clearly identified and described to the best of our ability.

We primarily operate online, but we occasionally offer an in-person shopping experience that our customers eagerly anticipate.
